Dear Diary.

I pray that I can overcome this sadness that consumes me from time to time. Sometimes when I least expect it, like in the middle of a smile. I’ll touch my cheek only to feel that it’s dampened with my sadness. Sometimes I don’t even know why. I’ll step outside of myself and try to bring me back to reality. But the sun has already set and my world has gone dark. I think that I do this to myself. I think that I torture myself with this and I don’t know how to not. I’m fighting it and I’m trying to give it everything I’ve got. I’ll be okay. I know I will because I feel that somewhere inside of me is this person behind this person that will be able to happily bask in moments despite this force pulling on me. I know one day I’ll be okay. One day I’ll be okay forever. I just have to stay positive.

Throughout the years, I've come across a few people that I thought I couldn't live without. Look at me now... living and shit. You are your own platform while everyone else are merely building blocks. You can always remove a single bad brick but without a strong foundation you will never find stability. You have to strengthen yourself and only choose the best of candidates to help build you up.  -Nuri

Why are we doing this?

Well....we've been there. We know how it feels to not have anyone to talk to. Unfortunately not everyone has a best friend who will just listen without passing judgment. I guess you can say Nuri and I are pretty lucky to have this kind of friendship. Just knowing someone believes in you when you don't even believe in yourself is enough to get through. So we're here to help anyone else who feels closed in. Anyone who's feeling like this is the end. Anyone who needs a friend or a shoulder to cry on. We understand because at some point we were you. You can come here to share your stories, express raw feelings, bounce ideas around, and get a reality check when you've wandered off course. So don't be scared to contact us. This is a movement! A LUCID DREAM is a dream that you've the ability to control. We're hoping that we can give people that authority. Maybe we can give them the ability to take over their reality... even if it's just in their heads. 

Falling is worst than hitting the ground. Helplessness. Powerlessness. I see the ground getting closer so I try to put my hands out to brace myself. What else can I do? Nothing? I guess I'll just close my eyes and wait. That's all I can do is wait right? Wrong. All that falling really is is practice for flying. All falling really is is suspense. It's what happens before getting up. We all fall. That doesn't make us weak but it makes us human. Getting up can be the thin line between being a human and being a superhero. Superheroes are humans that learned so much from falling that they attained the power to fly.
